Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 2026

Welcome to LithMag. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LithMag website and the purchase of products supplied by LithMag, a trading division of Totum Logistics Corp. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About LithMag

LithMag specialises in equipment and solutions for the prevention, mitigation, and management of lithium battery fire incidents.

Our products are selected and supplied for commercial, industrial, institutional, and emergency service applications. Many products are manufactured, assembled, or prepared specifically for each customer order.

2. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and technical information are accurate at the time of publication.

Because manufacturers may update specifications without notice, LithMag reserves the right to modify product information where necessary.

Product images are provided for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the product supplied.

3. Technical Information

LithMag provides technical information, guidance, and recommendations in good faith based upon current research, manufacturer data, published testing, and operational experience.

Every lithium battery incident is unique. Battery chemistry, state of charge, damage, configuration, and environmental conditions can significantly affect fire behaviour.

Customers remain responsible for determining the suitability of any product for their particular application and for complying with all applicable regulations, standards, and operating procedures.

All orders are subject to acceptance by LithMag.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • Fraud or misuse is suspected.
  • Export restrictions or regulatory requirements apply.

Should an order need to be cancelled, customers will be notified promptly and any payments received will be refunded.

Lithium battery fires are complex events with many variables.

Although LithMag carefully selects products based upon available testing, technical data, and operational experience, no product can guarantee the successful extinguishment, containment, or prevention of every lithium battery fire.

Product performance will vary depending upon the specific circumstances of each incident.
